摘要: This communication has for first objective to justify the utility of sociocultural community development (SCCD) par as methodology socio-educational action in field, far it contributes empowerment participating and concerned communities. In this perspective, SCCD represent perfect mean avoid or overcome resignation promote mechanisms personal overtaking front situations crisis, lack resources absence social cultural vitality.
