摘要: This paper describes the process of developing a participatory monitoring and evaluation strategy for Kenyan youth-based NGO. The iterative nature study including narrowing down indicators to measure methods monitor/evaluate these is well documented. A discussion on extent which achieved participation was empowering participants reflects existing power relationships cultural context Kenya points need create opportunities youth where they engage with broader community.
