摘要: Interaction of truffle mycelium with the host plant involves excretion extracellular enzymes. The ability Tuber maculatum to produce an cellulase during submerged fermentation was demonstrated for first time. T. mycelia were isolated and tested production at variable pH on solid agar medium, highest activity observed pH 7.0. Furthermore, subjected in basal salt medium production. Under optimized conditions using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (0.5 % w/v) as carbon source initial 7.0, enzyme yielded 1.70 U/mL cell-free supernatant after 7 days incubation optimum obtained cellulase’s pH 5.0 a temperature 50 °C. showed good thermostability 50 °C by retaining 99 % its maximal over time 100 min. inhibited Fe2+ slightly activated Mn2+ Cu2+ 1 mM concentration. results indicated that is utilizing cellulosic energy root system, optimal are those existing acidic Finnish soil.
