摘要: Avascular necrosis (AVN) is a devastating condition that rarely reported in patients with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). Treatment steroids remains major risk factor for developing AVN. However, the incidence of AVN ITP requiring corticosteroid therapy much less than observed other clinical conditions corticosteroids. bleeding disorder but can be also pro-thrombotic state via different mechanisms and thus could result Among possible causes this presence antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLs). In case, we report patient refractory who developed multifocal around time she acquired new aPLs. We discuss by which thrombosis increased relationship between ITP, aPLs syndrome.
