摘要: In the serum of normal BALB/c mice, IgG antibody reactivity to mouse actin and tubulin, DNA, TNP groups was very low compared that IgM. This activity considerably increased when separated, by affinity chromatography on protein A-Sepharose, whereas no difference in IgM observed. Addition isolated from same resulted inhibition binding these Ag. Isolation antibodies actin, TNP, tubulin immunoadsorbents has indicated at least part is polyreactive. order understand this better, experiments with F(ab')2 fragments were performed. inhibited antigens a dose-dependent manner reacted immobilized F(ab')2. immunoadsorbent, as initial preparation, less active toward Ag but more inhibitory for some pathologic situations, failed inhibit activities. The anti-DNA (NZB x NZW)F1 mice not affected autologous Similarly anti-tubulin infected Trypanosoma cruzi than antitubulin mice. These results are compatible existence an idiotypic-like network, regulating via population serum, autoantibodies self Modifications idiotype-anti-idiotype system might lead expression and/or expansion autoreactive IgG-producing clones.
