摘要: Various factors involved in tumor metastasis are regulated by the transcription factor nuclear kappaB (NF-kappaB). Because NF-kappaB activation may contribute to establishment of hepatic metastasis, its liver cells and was separately evaluated a mouse model metastasis. pNF-kappaB-Luc, firefly luciferase-expressing plasmid DNA depending on activity, injected into tail vein mice hydrodynamics-based procedure, well-established method for gene transfer BALB/c male liver. The luciferase activity significantly increased an intraportal inoculation murine adenocarcinoma colon26 cells, but not peritoneal macrophages, suggesting that is activated when enter circulation. Then, stably transfected with pNF-kappaB-Luc were inoculated. indicator colon26/NFkappaB-Luc inoculated portal mice. both inhibited injection catalase derivatives, which have been reported inhibit cells. These findings indicate first time NF-kappaB, key agent regulating expression various molecules during initial stages through hydrogen peroxide mediated pathway. Thus, removal will be promising approach treating
