摘要: Primary percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction offers the highest effectiveness in achieving patency of infarct-related artery. However, presence normal flow artery does not always translate into restoration perfusion through cardiac microcirculation. Several pharmacological agents, as well mechanical devices (i.e., aspiration catheters, thrombectomy, distal protection devices) were introduced recent years to reduce risk embolization during primary and improve reperfusion.
