摘要: It is currently believed that psoriasis and allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) are different diseases; however, they share clinical similarities. The involvement of T helper 17 (Th17) cells in these disorders provides a novel opportunity to investigate the relationship between them. present study aimed determine whether same or overlapping inflammatory pathways involved two diseases, influence types ACD on psoriasis. Compound mouse models Th1 Th2-type hyper-sensitivity (CHS) combined with imiquimod (IMQ)-induced psoriasis-like inflammation were established, order mimic characteristics Histopathology, immunohistochemistry cytokine detection blood serum tissues used compare differences mice treated IMQ alone CHS. As compared IMQ-treated Th1-type CHS mice, exhibited more serious increased epidermal thickness infiltrating derma. High mRNA expression levels interleukin (IL)-17, IL-22, IL-23, TNF-α RORγt detected back skin lesions. Additionally, high IL-17 IL-22 alone, treatment had comparable response skin. In conclusion, data demonstrate exacerbated psoriatic via IL-23/IL-17 axis. Th17 associated may link Therefore, patients should avoid specific sensitizers, such as fragrance rubber products, which induce Th2 polarization.
