摘要: The authors study the frequency dependent damping in rapid single flux quantum (RSFQ) circuits as means to reduce dissipation and consequent decoherence RSFQ/qubit circuits. They show by simulations experiments that stable RSFQ operation can be achieved shunting Josephson junctions with an RC circuit instead of a plain resistor. derive criteria for stability such arrangement discuss effect on decoherence.
