摘要: The ability of β-glucosylase I, a soybean cell wall β-glucosyl hydrolase, to degrade elicitors phytoalexin accumulation was studied. Extensive I treatment the glucan elicitor isolated from mycelial walls Phytophthora megasperma var. sojae results in hydrolysis 77% glucosidic bonds and destruction 94% its activity. Soybean contain some additional factor, probably one or more enzymes, which can assist hydrolyzing elicitor. This demonstrated by rapid mixture enzymes (containing I). In single treatment, hydrolyzed 91% destroyed 85% activity will also hydrolyze elicitor-active oligoglucosides prepared sojae. active are susceptible than these enzymes. itself, hydrolyzes 96% destroys 99% oligoglucoside Two possible advantages for existence cells discussed.
