摘要: Abstract Di-phase ceramic composites 0.50BaTiO 3 –0.50Ni 0.5 Zn Fe 2 O 4 with limited reaction at interfaces prepared by two methods: (i) mixing BaTiO and Ni powders (ii) co-precipitation of Fe, Ni, salts in solutions containing powders, are comparatively analysed. Homogeneous microstructures higher density better the phases obtained second method consequently, dielectric properties (tan  δ ɛ r  ∈ 300–800 for f  > 10  Hz room temperature) magnetic moments. Some interface effects playing important roles on low frequencies high temperatures, mainly samples following (i). Both ferroelectric preserve their basic bulk composite form thus, these BT-NZF good candidates as magnetoelectric materials.
