摘要: Intestinal schistosomiasis caused by S. japonicum has long been a threat to the health of residents within endemic areas, especially along mid-tier Yangtze River basin as well Dongting and Poyang lakes. Therefore, we collected monitoring data from 2005 2014 in Lushan City, Jiujiang Jiangxi Province, which is located downstream Lake. We conducted logistic regression analysis 2008 then time series city. The results showed that after integrated measures were implemented city 2004, infection rate intestinal decreased sharply different populations, but fishermen had greater risk contracting both 2008. From analysis, found 2009 increased slowly 2011 before finally becoming relatively stable predicated rates HES, SM2, SM3 are -1.14%, 0.35%, 0.29%, respectively, compared with 0.41% 2014, showing downward trend. Our study indicated initiated 2004 positive effect on controlling schistosomiasis, should still emphasize special treatment particular such fishermen, consider environmental changes, changes water level Lake, future.
