摘要: Cannabis is one of the most widely abused substances throughout world. The primary psychoactive constituent cannabis, delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol (▵(9_)THC), produces a myriad pharmacological effects in animals and humans. Although it used as recreational drug, can potentially lead to dependence behavioral disturbances its heavy use may increase risk for psychotic disorders.Many studies that endeavor understand mechanism action cannabis concentrate on pharmacokinetics pharmacodynamics cannabinoids However, there limited research chronic adverse retention human subjects.Cannabis be detected body fluids following exposure through active/passive inhalation breastfeeding. detection directly dependent accurate analytical procedures metabolites verification recent use.In this review, an attempt has been made summarize properties derivatives, discuss implications with emphasis bioavailability, limit detection, carry over period passive inhalation, important factors diagnosis.
