摘要: Abstract Wild harvests of yellow perch Perca flavescens have failed to keep up with the strong market demand for fish. Moreover, has many attributes that make it attractive commercial aquaculture in USA. One drawback culture north-central region United States is low winter water temperatures inhibit somatic growth. In this study, juveniles were stocked at three densities (30, 60, and 90 per tank) 600-L tanks Auburn, Alabama, early January maintained throughout until mid-April. Water was circulated through an earthen pond returned research system by means a pump. Tanks aerated submersible air diffusers regenerative blower.
