摘要: Juvenile yellow perch Perca fiavescens were evaluated under controlled conditions in tanks for 13 wk to determine the effect of temperature on growth advanced sizes intensive culture conditions. Yellow weighing 6.6 ± 1.5 g stocked into nine 4,755-L at 131 fish/m3 (625 perch/tank). There three replicate per (20, 24, and 28 C). Perch fed apparent satiation twice daily using a 45% crude protein diet with 16% fat. After 93 d 24 C treatment significantly larger (P < 0.05) than those 20 treatments, which not different from each other. raised had higher feed conversion ratios lower survival net utilization or C. Whole body moisture was also levels arachidonic acid (20:4 n-6) docosohexaenoic (22:6 n-3). The ratio palmitic (16:0) palmitoleic (16:1 positive correlation temperature. These data indicate that may be an optimum perch. At are good but rates reduced. Temperatures near appear sufficient represent chronic stress
