摘要: Recent literature on systematic conservation planning has focused strongly economics. It is a necessary component of efficient because the question about effective resource allocation. Nevertheless, there an increasing tendency toward economic factors overriding biological considerations. Focusing too narrowly cost may lead us back solutions resembling those obtained by opportunistic choice areas, avoidance which was motivation for development approaches. Moreover, are many overlooked difficulties in incorporating considerations reliably into available data and free market complex. For instance, economies based markets tend to be shortsighted, whereas biodiversity aims far future. Although necessary, they should not relied heavily or considered separately from other sociopolitical factors. We suggest focusing more-comprehensive ecological-economic modeling, while forgetting importance purely analyses that needed as point reference evaluating outcomes.
