摘要: A sensitive high-performance size-exclusion chromatography (HPSEC) method with simple UV detection was developed for the molecular mass analysis of sodium alginate. It used to evaluate alginates varying and results were compared viscosity measurements. This HPSEC serve as stability indicating alginate after storage under different conditions. The information relative distribution provided reference pullulan standards. comparison chromatograms alginate, dextran revealed effect chemical composition a polysaccharide its on apparent distribution.
