摘要: Alginate lyase which was purified from the fermentation solution of marine bacteria Pseudomonas sp. HJZ216 applied to hydrolyze algae alginate. Six oligosaccharides, including di- and trisaccharides, were isolated through anion exchange chromatography. The oligosaccharide structures elucidated based on electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) 2D NMR spectra analysis.
