摘要: Halloysite (HNT) is a promising natural nanosized tubular clay mineral that has many important uses in different industrial fields. It naturally occurring, biocompatible, and available thousands of tons at low cost. As consequence hollow cavity, HNT mainly used as nanocontainer for the controlled release several chemicals. Chemical modification both surfaces (inner lumen outer surface) strategy to tune nanotube's properties. Specifically, chemical generates nanoarchitecture with targeted affinity through surface functionalization drug transport ability from nanotube lumen. The primary focus this review research modified halloysite nanotubes their applications biological medical
