摘要: Abstract Halloysite nanotubes functionalized with polyamidoamine dendrimer were prepared and characterized. The material studied was applied as a carrier of three model therapeutic compounds - chlorogenic acid, ibuprofen salicylic acid. It showed higher adsorption capacity for the drugs (123.16 mg/g acid; 182.72 mg/g ibuprofen; 39.52 mg/g acid) compared to raw halloysite 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane – nanotubes. experimental data fits Langmuir model. As result surface functionalization dendrimer, release rate acid decreased, while profile similar that kinetics followed Higuchi exponents indicated Fickian diffusion mechanism. mode first order mechanism described non-Fickian (anomalous) transport. in vivo toxicity studies –functionalized had no effect on living organisms used bioassays.
