摘要: Abstract It is found that under intense electron irradiation in transmission microscopes boron nitride, as well carbon, shows a tendency towards curling and forming concentric shells onion-like structures. In nitride spherical basal planes develop which, contrast to are not completely closed. suggested the formation of clusters general phenomenon substances which crystallize graphite type energy minimization cannot serve satisfactory explanation for mechanism.
