摘要: The specificities of antibodies raised in rabbits against rat mast cell proteinase 1 (RMCP 1) from connective tissue cells (CTMC), and RMCP II mucosal (MMC), were analysed by SDS-PAGE Western blotting. Significant cross-reactivity was detected, eliminated affinity purification cross-absorption techniques. resultant F(ab')2 antibodies, monospecific for each enzyme, used the immunohistochemical localization I tissues. Cells skin, tongue, intestinal serosa lung parenchyma which, histochemical techniques, have been identified as CTMC, contained exclusively. jejunal lamina propria bronchial epithelium, previously classified MMC, II. results demonstrate feasibility distinguishing subsets their content serine proteinases.
