摘要: This study was undertaken to localize epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) during early development of Japanese medaka embryos using immunocytochemistry. Specific staining observed in all stages studied. All the cells embryonic disc from germinal (1 cell) through late high blastula stained moderately for EGFR. Beginning with flat stage, surface and lateral migrating around yolk intensely EGFR, this continued throughout period. The presence keel at gastrula stage did not affect moderate majority cells. When somites first appeared, region less than before, but scattered individual Embryos 12 had a neural tube that lightly except few tube, notochord 24-somite lacked immunostaining. However, epithelium, aorta, intestinal epithelium pronephric duct demonstrated EGFR demonstrates is present supports hypothesis ligands are important cleavage, gastrulation organogenesis.
