摘要: Autolysis of Aspergillus niger cultures has been studied. The stability the cell wall fraction was followed throughout a 57-day period autolysis. results indicated that both persistence existing walls and an extra deposition due to continued synthesis or components during first 12 days autolysis seem take place.
