摘要: Zygorhynchus vuilleminii, a nonmelanin-containing fungus, was not lysed by mycolytic actinomycetes. Several enzymes and Streptomyces enzyme preparations digesting walls of other fungi were without appreciable activity on species. A bacterium able to solubilize portion the wall released little or no reducing sugars from these structures. Fractions Z. vuilleminii resistant glucanase hydrolysis, but certain fractions digested chitinase microbial preparations. The several readily susceptible degradation soil community. Walls lysis-resistant species contained glucosamine, fucose, glucuronic acid, galactose glucose. Resistant rich in uronic acid whereas degradable abundant glucosamine. Cultural conditions affected extent digestion composition walls. Possible reasons for resistance lysis nature are discussed.
