摘要: Abstract Background. Oxygen-free radicals generation is considered to be a major cause of gastric injury during reperfusion. Chemiluminescence has been used assess real-time free radical release on the surface isolated organs. Aims. To evaluate combined use chemiluminescence and gastroendoscopy techniques production ischemic damage wall in an animal model. Patients methods. For experiment, optical junction was set up between fibroendoscope luminograph apparatus. Three pigs were submitted gastrofibroendoscopy before, after 30 min clamping coeliac artery. Under basal conditions, at end phase beginning reperfusion, 1 mM lucigenin, specific superoxide enhancer, injected left artery animal. The endoscopic live images emission recorded successively superimposed measure rate spatial distribution photon (photons/s). Results. Free not observed under conditions or phase, but significantly increased reperfusion reaching maximum peak 15 (0.6±0.2 photons×10 5 /s) decreased progressively thereafter. superimposition allowed determination regional photons. Conclusions. Preliminary observations, model, innovative imaging system which allows visualization reactive oxygen species formation are presented. This new technique could useful for assessment oxidative mucosal several diseases; however, further studies remain necessary determine applicability this humans.
