摘要: Summary Restriction of free movement the flexor tendons through fetlock canal results in lameness. The commonest cause was chronic synovitis digital sheath. condition is characterised by an unremitting lameness, synovial distension and a notch on caudal aspect limb. can be relieved section annular ligament fetlock. In series 24 cases 16 horses returned to work with no recurrence three were lost follow up five animals remained lame; these had intercurrent disease.
