摘要: The present study evaluates the chemical composition and antimicrobial activity of essential oils (EOs) Mentha pulegium L., Juniperus phoenicea L. Cyperus longus from Morocco. these species was analyzed by GC/MS 84 components were identified. M. EO showed a great similarity with EOs coming other regions, as pulegone, major component, accounted for about 70% EO. J. had main α-pinene (24.9%), β-phellandrene (24.4%) α-terpinyl acetate (12.9%). extracted C. remarkably rich in sesquiterpene hydrocarbons (83.2%), which included β-himachalene (46.6%), α-humulene (16.9%), γ-himachalene (10.1%). has been evaluated against seven bacteria significant importance food hygiene. According to results, best bacteriostatic bactericidal effect, followed longus. So far we know, this is first report on quantitative biological oil tested variable degree being most effective one.
