摘要: Abstract The present study is the first investigation of chemical composition, antioxidant and antimicrobial activities Mentha rotundifolia L. essential oils in Tunisia. Results show that from Beja locality were most complex 45 compounds representing 96.83% total oil composition. major components studied this site are β-Caryophyllene (26.67%), Germacrene D (12.31%) Carveol (7.38%). 40 95.81% identified Bizerte site. Those dominated by Pulegone (32.09%), Piperitenone oxide (17.28%) 5-Acetyl Thiazole (11.26%). Considerable levels investigated highlighted. Variations may be attributed to concentrations presence some phenolic like Diosphenol 2-Allyl-4-methylphenol. Our results showed strong against all tested microorganisms. highest observed Gram+ bacteria followed Gram− ones then fungal species.
