摘要: Sexual disorders are highly prevalent in the elderly, yet little is known about them. They include sexual dysfunctions, paraphilic disorders, and gender dysphoria. dysfunctions characterized by diminished or absent interests imbalance physiological psychological patterns. Paraphilias represent deviant perverse behavior, while dysphoria condition of a person feeling that their identity opposite to biological sex. These problems can get aggravated process aging presence multiple stressors chronic conditions. Physicians should give these patients opportunity voice concerns regarding functions offer alternatives for evaluations treatment. In this chapter we review epidemiology, neurobiology, diagnosis, treatments important disorders.
