摘要: The natural radioactivity due to the presence of 226Ra, 232Th and 40K in conventional raw materials some solid industrial wastes by-products which are being used or have a potential for use building ceramic industries Australia has been measured by gamma-ray spectrometry. majority examined this work showed fairly low levels radioactivity. Some samples red mud, phosphogypsum, zircon products fly ash did show higher than would be acceptable on basis criterion formula activity suggested OECD countries. But level should not pose an environmental health problem when these constitute relatively small portion normal building. present also shown that can reduced through removal fines sieving, as seem contain concentration radioactive nuclides.
