摘要: CummingsProblem This article reviews the findings of a year-long process evaluation by faculty involved in clinical simulation. The only one reviewer, and demonstrated various deficiencies present students’ performance selected scenarios. Methods A simulation rubric set scenarios were developed order to evaluate performance. student's was graded made part senior final course grade. students required conduct activity, as if they nurse caring for patient. They performed complete assessment, basic interventions, interdisciplinary communication, along with computerized documentation. Findings The showed deficits areas medication administration, patient communication. Conclusion As result, has looked at ways improve these more fully incorporate activities into nursing curriculum.
