摘要: Intestinal leiomyosarcoma is a rare tumor in infants and children; only 46 cases have been reported the English literature. Presenting signs symptoms include abdominal pain gastrointestinal obstruction bleeding. We describe neonate with unique presentation of ileocecal intussusception accompanying an ileal leiomyosarcoma. In contrast to adult patients, where associated smooth muscle tumors 30% cases, subsequent infancy childhood. The overall prognosis for long-term survival similar both pediatric patients intestinal tract, five-year 53% 40%, respectively.
