摘要: As an efficient way to deal with the global climate change and energy shortage problems, a strong, self-healing, compatible, economic integrative smart gird is under construction in China, which supported by large amounts of investments advanced technologies. To promote construction, operation sustainable development Strong Smart Grid (SSG), novel hybrid framework for evaluating performance SSG proposed from perspective sustainability. Based on literature review, experts’ opinions technical characteristics SSG, evaluation model involves four sustainability criteria defined as economy, society, environment technology aspects associated 12 sub-criteria. Considering ambiguity vagueness subjective judgments sub-criteria, fuzzy TOPSIS method employed evaluate SSG. In addition, different previous research, this paper adopts stochastic Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) upgrade traditional Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) addressing factors within weights calculation. Finally, regional grids China are ranked employing framework. The results show that sub-criteria affiliated obtain much more attention than economy experts group. Moreover, sensitivity analysis indicates ranking list remains stable no matter how changed, verifies robustness effectiveness results. This study provides comprehensive effective also innovates calculation TOPSIS.
