摘要: This study assessed the water use vulnerability to include uncertainty of weighting values evaluation criteria and annual variations performance using fuzzy TOPSIS coupled with Shannon entropy method. procedure was applied 12 major basins covering about 88% territory South Korea. Hydrological components were simulated Soil Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) which parameters optimally calibrated SWAT-CUP model. The 15 indicators including hydrological anthropogenic factors selected, based on three aspects climate exposure, sensitivity adaptive capacity. Their objectively quantified Entropy All obtained from statistic Korea SWAT simulation normalized consideration 1991 2014 triangular numbers (TFNs). Then, Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) technique used quantify rank as follows: A12 (Hyeongsan River) > A6 (Seomjin A5 (Youngsan A8 (Mangyung A2 (Ansung A9 (Dongjin A10 (Nakdong A3 (Geum A4 (Sapgyo A11 (Taehwa A7 (Tamjin A1 (Han River). framework can be determine spatial priority sustainable resources plan derive change resources.
