摘要: In recent years, research has focused on why fat is so readily overconsumed. Although the palatability of many high foods can encourage overconsumption, another possibility that not very satiating. A number studies have compared effects and carbohydrate both satiation (the amount eaten in a meal) satiety effect subsequent intake), but found little difference between these macronutrients when energy density were similar.
