摘要: The application of ultrasound and microbubbles (USMB-) mediated microRNA (miR) is a promising approach gene delivery for cancer treatment. We aimed to discuss the effects USMB-miR-505 on cervical (CC) development. miR-505 by USMB was prepared. effect its transfection efficiency HeLa cell proliferation, cycle, apoptosis, migration, invasion were studied. target predicted, expression in CC detected. cells further verified. showed higher than alone. inhibitory better miR-505. targeted AKT2, which upregulated CC. Overexpression AKT2 reversed malignant behaviors. Overall, we highlighted that inhibited behaviors targeting AKT2.
