摘要: A laser Doppler velocimeter that consists of a semiconductor coupled to fiber and uses the self-mixing effect is presented. The can be used for solids fluids. theoretical model developed describe signals as function amount feedback into distance from moving object. Good agreement found between this theory measurements.
