摘要: Abstract A dense alumina fiber reinforced silicon carbide matrix composites (Al 2 O 3 /SiC) modified with Ti Si(Al)C were prepared by a joint process of chemical vapor infiltration, slurry infiltration and reactive melt infiltration. The conductive phase introduced into the microstructure Al /SiC. refined was composed phase, semiconductive insulating which led to admirable electromagnetic shielding properties. Electromagnetic interference effectiveness (EMI SE) /SiC investigated over frequency range 8.2–12.4 GHz. EMI SE /SiC-Ti exhibited significant increase from 27.6 42.1 dB compared that reflection absorption increased simultaneously electrical conductivity.
