摘要: Multispecific resistance to benzimidazoles was studied in three selected farms. These farms had bred dairy goats for more than 15 years. The helminths were introduced with the at establishment of which afterwards remained isolated. Nematode could then be related their own management practices. Faecal egg count tests and hatch assays performed assess intensity resistance. generic (infective larvae faecal cultures) specific richness (adult worms) assessed. resistant species Trichostrongylus colubriformis, Teladorsagia circumcincta, Haemonchus contortus Oesophagostomum venulosum. reduction egg-hatch did not match exactly. larval counts after treatments gave a distorted picture multispecific resistance: very largely over represented. number found relatively low compared other reports goat area. This diversity might also due part characteristics breeding history (use permanent pasture introduction farm).
