摘要: Abstract CdS and Co-doped nanoparticles have been prepared using a chemical precipitation method. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that Co doped exhibit hexagonal structure the average grain size is found to lie in range of be 2.2 3.8 nm. The Raman spectra exhibits red-shift compared this may attributed optical phonon confinement. variation impedance (Z′ Z″), conductivity (σ), electric modulus (M′ M″), dielectric constant (e′) loss tangent (tanδ) as function cobalt concentration temperature has studied.
