摘要: Abstract The friction and wear performances of bonded MoS 2 solid film lubricants with the counterpart steel ball rubbing were investigated in fretting conditions order to inquire into load-carrying capacity mechanisms under dry conditions. Experimental results show that have excellent anti-friction wear-resistance within a wide load range between 20 N 800 N oscillatory frequency 5 Hz 30 Hz. It is found through analyses transfer films formed surface by SEM, XPS AES, thickness about 38 nm oxidation does not occur during process. high promote formation compact films. are believed be predominant mechanism giving rise capacity, lubricants.
