摘要: Ultrastructure of larval cuticle during the molt cycle estuarine crab Rhitropanopeus harrisii (Gould) (Crustacea: Brachyura) was studied in control larvae as well exposed to 10 ppb insect growth regulator Dimilin® (diflubenzuron). First zoeal were used test organisms. It has earlier been shown that Dimilin is lethal R. harrisii, and nearly all died molting next stage (Christiansen et al., 1978). Distinct differences structure found between two groups larvae. Both endocuticle exocuticle appear be deformed Dimilin-treated larvae, whereas formation epicuticle did not seem affected. The results indicate probably inhibits chitin synthesis by several authors for
