摘要: Based on the Diels-Alder reaction of vinylchromenes with electron-poor dienophiles, we developed a strategy for synthesis tetrahydrocannabinol derivatives. Substituted vinyl chromenes could be converted several dienophiles to successfully isolate complex molecules. These molecules already contain cannabinoid-like base structure and further processing one such derivative led precursor Δ9 -tetrahydrocannabinol. The most challenging step towards this was an epoxidation that ultimately achieved via dimethyl dioxirane.
