摘要: Anxiety disorders are one of the most prevalent classes mental affecting general population, but current treatment strategies restricted by their limited efficacy and side effect profiles. Although cannabinoid system is speculated to be a key player in modulation stress responses emotionality, vast majority research initiatives had not incorporated exposure into experimental designs. This study was first investigate impact exogenous administration an acutely stressed mouse model, where CD1 mice were pre-treated with HU-210, potent CB1R agonist, prior acute subsequent behavioral testing. Exogenous induced distinct phenotypes unstressed mice. While low doses HU-210 anxiolytic subjects, this abolished when exposed stressor. The higher combination led severe locomotor deficits that previously observed at same dose subjects. These findings suggest cannabinoids act synergistically anxiogenic manner. underlies importance including future anxiety-cannabinoid due differential on
