摘要: This study investigated the effects of dietary energy and calcium levels on laying performance, eggshell quality bone metabolism layers. One hundred sixty-two 19-week-old Hy-Line brown hens in 54 battery cages were allocated to one nine treatments with control, middle high (11.50, 12.68 13.37 MJ/kg, respectively) low, control (2.62%, 3.7% 4.4%, for 60 days, using a 3 × factorial arrangement. Compared diet, high- middle-energy diets increased fat deposition egg weight, decreased feed intake had no quality. The high-energy diet reduced serum phosphate concentration elevated osteocalcin mRNA expression keel without increasing protein. Dietary did not affect deposition, or weight. Low resulted weaker eggshells poorer than that from fed diet. High concentration, osteoprotegerin protein inhibited alkaline phosphatase activity its compared low calcium. high-calcium significantly production. but negative metabolic homeostasis. influence benefited homeostasis, while low-calcium was associated
