摘要: Experiments were conducted with chickens exposed to corticosterone (CORT), the aim of determining its effects on bone characteristics. At 7 d age, experimental birds injected daily CORT (4 mg/kg body mass) for 1 week. administration significantly decreased weight while increasing relative liver and parameters also decreased. Histology immunohistochemistry type X collagen revealed that reduced lengths proliferative prehypertrophic zone in growth plate number positive chondrocytes zone. In conclusion exposure depressed performance retarded longitudinal long bones by inhibiting proliferation differentiation broilers.
