摘要: Coercivity mechanisms in thin 1000-AA Permalloy films due to inhomogeneous distributions of in-plane uniaxial anisotropy are investigated numerically, utilizing a two-dimensional domain wall model. The distribution could be attributed the polycrystalline grain structure films, as well magnetostrictive stress. Typical orientation dispersion induced by grains does not appear account for coercive force observed soft films. Other mechanisms, such stress-induced anisotropy, may dominant. >
