Induced anisotropy in Ni-Fe films

摘要: A survey of experimental results for magnetic anisotropy induced during evaporation and annealing polycrystalline Ni-Fe alloy films is given. Existing data the uniaxial constant K appear to be bounded from above by combined predictions strain directional-ordering theories. The frequently attains theoretical values, often less, while in high-vacuum (circa 10-5torr) generally half or less expectations.
