摘要: A torque method has been used to measure the magnetic anisotropy of iron films deposited from vapor at various incident angles on glass substrates. The is found be largest in prepared with large and low substrate temperatures. theoretical calculation expected an film a [111] fiber axis made for as function stress film. theoretically calculated values are not only order magnitude lower than most measured anisotropies, but they always have worng sign. Iron rocksalt exhibit anisotropies before after removal which indicate that affected by cold-working relief. It concluded primarily related faulted regions formed during deposition or proposed structure.
